3 month Package cost: $300 per month

My coaching program is built on three foundational pillars:

  • We start by increasing your understanding of diabetes and its causes. You'll learn about your eating and nutritional behaviors through food tracking and other useful tools. This phase sets the foundation for your personalized eating plan.

  • Armed with knowledge and a custom eating plan, you'll begin making changes to your diet, aiming for daily nutritional goals. I'll be there to provide weekly recommendations and adjustments, ensuring your new habits are sustainable and effective.

  • Sustainability is key. You'll continue to track your progress, solidifying the habits you've developed into a lifestyle. This phase is about maintaining your achievements and enjoying the long-term benefits of your hard work.
